Shift Timing:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Salary:
Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 18,000 depending on past experience.
Panaji
- Meal prep: Cleaning/Washing/Peeling/Chopping
- Cooking: Grill, Sauté
- Preparing/Assembling bowls as per recipe.
- Cleanup before shift change
Eligibility:
- CDP/Line cook/Commis 2/Commis 1.
- 0 to 3 years of kitchen experience. (freshers with a degree or diploma or ITI in hotel management can apply.)
- Preferably commute by own bike.
Kitchen Supervisors
Shift Timing:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Salary:
Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- depending on past experience.
Panaji
All the tasks as done by the Kitchen crew plus additionally
- Planning tasks for other crew members
- Inventory check
- Ensure quality control on food prepared
- Managing Swiggy/Zomato/Website orders in an efficient manner
Eligibility:
- CDP/Line cook/Commis 2/Commis 1.
- 4 to 6 years of kitchen experience.
- Preferably commute by own bike.
