If you are a regular, then you have already enjoyed the occasional SleepyOwl Coffee, or a sample bowl or a bottle of Kombucha. These small treats are exclusive for orders on our website.
We have also taken this opportunity to update our bowl prices. A summary:
- The average increase in price for a Regular bowl is Rs.22. For a Superbowl, it is only Rs.18.
- 8 SKUs saw no change in price and 3 SKUs have a price drop. (We have a total of 44 SKUs across 9 unique bowls.)
- The maximum increase is in the Thai Brown Rice Bowl – Paneer. It has gone up from Rs.230 for a Regular bowl to Rs.290. Honestly, the original pricing of Rs.230 should be attributed to rookie mistakes of a new kitchen 🙂

About our bowls and the pricing:
Every ingredient in all of our bowls is measured individually. This ensures consistency and a macronutrient balanced meal. It also allows us to accurately capture and build an ingredient-level pricing dashboard.
We tread a fine line between balancing cost and nutrition. Carbs are one of the cheapest forms of calorie intake. While increasing the carb component in our bowls will make them price competitive with say a Biryani, that would not be a wholesome meal.
To reiterate, GGB is about eating well. Meals full of nutrition and color. Wholesome meals that leave you feeling good. A balanced meal of protein, carbs, fat and fibre is what our bowls stand for. The revised pricing allows us to stay true to our mission.
